Consent to Receive Text Messages

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from American Precast Concrete by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, such as by selecting an optional SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms.

Providing your telephone number alone does not automatically enroll you in our SMS messaging program.

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from American Precast Concrete.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, project, appointment, order, or ongoing communication with American Precast Concrete.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from American Precast Concrete. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from American Precast Concrete at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, we will no longer send SMS messages to that mobile number unless you choose to opt in again.
